Constitution (2001)
1. The Object of The Society
The main purpose of the Society shall be to provide social contact for past members of the former Tollington Schools, Muswell Hill, N10 by reunion and through electronic and print media.
2. Membership
Membership is open to all past pupils and staff of the former Tollington Schools whether at home or overseas.
3. Officers of the Society
a. The President
A President will be elected at a general meeting of the Society for a term of 3 years.
The President will preside at general meetings or in his absence the Chairman of the Executive Committee will deputise.
b. The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee will be constituted on an even gender balance and as designated below will be responsible for the general operation of the Society within the framework of any guidelines that may be set out at any general meeting.

4. General Meeting
A general meeting will e held every year to receive inter alia the audited accounts for the past year.
5. Finance
a. The Old Tollingtonians Luncheon Club
With effect from 6 October 2001 the Society will acquire the financial assets and obligations of the former Old Tollingtonians Luncheon Club.
b. Accounting Year
The accounting year of the Society will end on 31 March of every year. Audited accounts will be presented to the General Meeting in accordace with Clause 4.
c. Subscriptions
There will be an annual subscription due and payable on 1 September. The subscription may be varied at the notice of one subscription year as approved at any general meeting.
